This website is operated by IMANE BELHAJ, a business established in Morocco.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced herein.
Please review all product information, sizing, prices, delivery information and policies carefully before completing your purchase.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
Products & Made-to-Order
All items are made-to-order and produced individually after an order is placed. We do not hold standard stock.
Due to the individual production and craftsmanship of our garments, slight variations in colour, embroidery, detailing or finish may occur.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
Minor variations inherent to craftsmanship are not considered defects provided that the item remains in conformity with its product description.
Order Processing
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details (including size, address, and contact information) are correct before completing the purchase.
PRICES & PAYMENT
The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price applicable to the order.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
By completing payment, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are produced and shipped from Morocco.
Production time: approximately 10 working days
Delivery time: approximately 2–4 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible return requests send within 14 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be correctly declared as “RETURNED GOODS” or “CUSTOMER RETURN” where applicable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been processed.
RETURN CONDITION
Returned garments must be handled with care and must not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the item.
Returns may be assessed for:
- Wear or use
- Stains or make-up
- Perfume, smoke, deodorant or other odours
- Damage
- Alterations
- Missing accessories or components
- Removal or absence of original tags or protective ribbon
Our tags and protective ribbon help us assess the condition and handling of returned garments.
Where permitted under applicable law and our Return Policy, loss of value resulting from excessive handling, wear, damage or alteration may affect the amount refundable.
Defects & Quality Issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with another quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible at info@imanebelhaj.com.
Please provide your order number together with clear photographs and, where appropriate, video showing the reported issue.
We reserve the right to inspect and assess the reported issue before determining the appropriate resolution.
This provision does not limit any mandatory rights applicable to defective or non-conforming goods.
Refused or Uncollected Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and accepting or collecting their shipment.
Refusing a shipment or failing to collect it does not automatically constitute a return or cancellation request.
Where permitted by applicable law, additional shipping, return, customs or handling costs actually incurred as a result of an incorrect address, unjustified refusal or failure to collect a shipment may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable.
FRAUD & MISUSE
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity, misuse of our website or materially inaccurate information, subject to applicable law.
We may use transaction, order and delivery information to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and to respond to payment disputes.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, videos, designs, text, logos, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to IMANE BELHAJ, unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
