DELIVERY & RETURNS
Production
All items are made-to-order. We do not hold stock.
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
Delivery
All orders are made-to-order and shipped from Morocco.
Production time: approximately 10 working days
Delivery time: approximately 2–4 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance and shipping conditions.
Shipping & Customs
All orders are shipped from Morocco.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by local authorities. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Return requests must be send within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact info@imanebelhaj.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused and in their original condition
- Free from stains, make-up, perfume, smoke, deodorant or other odours
- Returned with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, original packaging, tags and protective ribbon
- Free from damage or alterations occurring after delivery
Items may be tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
Our tags and protective ribbon help us assess the condition of returned garments. Where permitted by applicable law, any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be deducted from the refund.
If the ribbon has been removed, the item will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original shipping label unless it is identical to the return address above.
The customer is responsible for entering the return address correctly.
Return Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for:
- All return shipping costs;
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees;
- Ensuring the return is delivered safely.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return can be followed.
RETURN CUSTOMS
International returns must be accurately declared as “RETURNED GOODS” or “CUSTOMER RETURN” where applicable.
The parcel must not be declared as a new commercial sale.
Customers are responsible for correctly completing the carrier's customs documentation.
Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges resulting from an incorrect declaration may, where legally permitted, be refused or deducted from the amount otherwise refundable.

For the fastest assessment, please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
